I particularly liked the section about True work vs Pretend work. It's when people stay busy, but don't really getting anything done.
I've seen this happen to me more than once. The most important thing for any business is customers / growth.
Instead of building that new feature, go send those 10 emails to potentials. That's the difference between true work and pretend work.
